We've raised over £500 for BBC Children in Need

Published: 28 November 2016

Apollo employees have raised over £500 for BBC Children in Need.

Here at Apollo, we have really made an effort to put the ‘fun’ into fundraising. All staff were encouraged to have ‘crazy hair’ and/or wear Pudsey ears for the day. The employees got creative, showing off some weird, wonderful and wacky hair styles. They had bright hair colours and some wore wonderful wigs throughout the day.

BBC Children in Need aims to support and enhance the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in the UK through local and national charities. This includes children who have experienced mental, physical or sensory disabilities; those living in poverty or in situations of deprivation; or those suffering distress, abuse or neglect.

We have had great fun raising the cash, all the time knowing it is for such an important charity, making a real difference to disadvantaged children and young people in communities across the UK.
